Dr. Rajinish Wali hails from Bidar, Karnataka, India. He was born on 28th February 1972. He completed his schooling from Karnataka School and pre-university studies from BV Bhoomareddy College. He went on to pursue MBBS from Mahadevappa Rampure Medical College, Gulbarga.

After graduation, he ventured on starting up something with interests in finance. He started one of the first ventures Wali Communications with having the dealership for Bidar District. Soon after he furthered on diversifying business into Telecom with having dealership of Reliance Communications. Going ahead with Reliance BIG TV series in DTH segment. Also ventured into doing oil business as Wali Oil services in Bidar and petroleum by setting by Wali Petroleum in Jevargi, Gulbarga, Karnataka.
